CVAA Community Resource GuideThe Champlain Valley Agency on Aging is your connection to information on senior issues. CVAA offers information on over 460 agencies and 900 programs offering services to seniors in the Champlain Valley. The CVAA web site allows seniors, families, and caregivers the ability to use our searchable Community Resource Guide when it is convenient for you.

CVAA has information on housing, legal issues, financial services, Medicare, adult day programs, home modifications, nursing services, and so much more. The Champlain Valley Agency on Aging is a private non-profit United Way organization dedicated to helping people age with independence and dignity. CVAA serves as a clearinghouse of information on elder care services, provides case management to seniors most at risk, offers successful aging programs, and provides opportunities for nutritious meals and social interaction through community meals and Meals on Wheels for people age 60 and older in Addison, Chittenden, Franklin and Grand Isle counties.
