2010 Foot and Blood Pressure Clinics
All dates are for 2010 Clinics.
Addison County
Call Addison County Home Health & Hospice at 388-7259 for more information. There is no charge for the Foot Clinics. For foot care, please bring a basin and towel to the clinic.
Clinic dates will be posted when they are available.
Chittenden County
To reserve an appointment, tell your mealsite coordinator or call Lori at Fletcher Allen Community Health Improvement at 847-2278. Fletcher Allen has foot clinics in other locations also. The suggested donation amount is $10.
