The Champlain Long Term Care Coalition and the Community of Vermont Elders (COVE) are hosting an all day event focusing on best practices in recruitment, support and retention of Direct Care Workers.
 
The event is designed to be beneficial to policy makers and long term care employers. Research, studies and interventions in best practices in retention of Direct Care Workers both here in Vermont and nationally will be the focus.
