Burlington, VT- Vermont Senator James Leddy will address the Champlain Valley Agency on Aging’s Annual Meeting on October 4 at 3pm at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center in Burlington. CVAA is dedicated to helping seniors 60 and older age with independence and dignity.
The annual meeting will include special recognition of corporate partners, program facilitators, and staff. Volunteer achievements will be recognized. CVAA would not be able to serve its clients without the support of its volunteers , corporate partners, and its media sponsors. In addition, new members to the Board of Directors will be announced.
The Champlain Valley Agency on Aging is a private non-profit United Way organization dedicated to helping people age with independence and dignity. CVAA serves as a clearinghouse of information on elder care services, provides case management to seniors most at risk, offers successful aging programs, and provides opportunities for nutritious meals and social interaction through community meals and Meals on Wheels for people age 60 and older in Addison, Chittenden, Franklin and Grand Isle counties.
